AVEVA Service Descriptions for Cloud Services

All customers of AVEVA's ("AVEVA") (Cloud) Managed Services can verify the availability of AVEVA service(s) by visiting our Service Dashboard located at http://status.wonderware.com.
Further detailed setup information will be provided during the sign-up process (called Onboarding) for each service(s).
Here is the list of Service offerings:
Wonderware Online provides immediate access to an enterprise class Tier-1 Wonderware Historian Server as a managed service.
Using industry best security practices, Customers get remarkably simple access to historized equipment data directly from one or more stand-alone Wonderware InTouch Applications or Wonderware SuiteLink Data Sources to a managed Historian viewed through Historian Clients including SmartGlance for mobile devices like never before. Our award winning Customer Support program called Customer FIRST is also included. All this is now available at an attractive price point on an annual subscription basis.
This offering is sized by the number of clients (users) and not by tag count nor by number of InTouch Application or Wonderware SuiteLink data sources. Customers receive the same number of Historian Clients and SmartGlance licenses. For example, for a 5 pack order, customers receive five (5) Historian Client licenses and five (5) SmartGlance User Licenses intended for 5 users.
AVEVA will manage, monitor and maintain the multi-tenant Historian. Historian Client media and licenses are provided to the customer for installation on-premises to be used as clients to Wonderware Online.
Customers are required to download and install the SmartGlance mobile app for each of the mobile devices intended to be used as mobile clients of Wonderware Online.
Wonderware Online subscriptions can be pro-rated to allow alignment of the subscription with the customer's Customer FIRST renewal date.

Wonderware SmartGlance enables immediate visualization, analysis and collaboration around plant or operations data in the form of real-time Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Configurable Alerts, Reports and Dashboards from mobile devices across platforms, devices and form factors.
Using industry best security practices, Customers get simple data connections to a wide variety of popular industrial data sources including native support for Process Historians, Microsoft SQL Servers and connectivity to standard industrial protocols such OPC HDA (at additional cost) driven by a managed service and delivered via Mobile Apps available for download from all major App stores such as Apple, Google and Microsoft.
Our award winning Customer Support program called Customer FIRST is also included. All this is now available at an attractive price point on an annual subscription basis.
This offering is sized by the number of clients (users). Customers receive license to use the SmartGlance Mobile App on one or more of their devices.

Customers are responsible for downloading, installing and configuring the desktop Administrative interface called SmartGlance Mobile Reporting Connector (MRC) to manage users, reports and data providers. They are also responsible for downloading the mobile app for each of the mobile devices intended to be used with SmartGlance.
Wonderware SmartGlance subscriptions can be pro-rated to allow alignment of the subscription with the customer's Customer FIRST renewal date.

Insight Performance provides an Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) application as a managed service.
Customers will be able to easily monitor, analyze and continuously improve the operating efficiency and utilization of their production lines and associated assets to reduce costs and increase their overall return on assets (ROA).
Insight Performance connects to existing, on-premise automation systems and smart devices to generate highly accurate and timely views of equipment performance. Manual data collection is provided for non-automated environments. Critical line efficiency and equipment downtime information is communicated to operators and decision-makers, who can take immediate actions to improve performance and productivity.
Insight Performance is licensed on a subscription basis and renewable annually.

SimSci Online will allow customers to access the same powerful capabilities of SimSci Software via the cloud. This complements our offering by removing the IT overhead needed to deploy and maintain process simulation software across a global enterprise as well as providing an easy access point for smaller businesses.
Selected SimSci Software is now available on the web. The online store uses cutting-edge technology to provision systems on-demand from a simple system to a complex distributed system. The systems are ready in minutes, allowing users access with a modern web browser. The goal is to provide a high-quality user experience when using software hosted by SimSci Online.
SimSci Online was designed from day one with security in mind. Only encrypted HTTPS/TLS traffic is allowed over the isolated network boundary. Each platform server and guest virtual machine in the system is identified with the correct X509 certificate. The platform has completed rigorous penetration testing and audit by a third-party cyber security company.The price structure for SimSci Online combines user-subscriptions and usage hours into convenient packages.
