What does tuition cover?
Tuition includes instruction, course materials*, computer time and light breakfast. Students are responsible for meals, transportation, lodging and all other related expenses.

What is the cancellation policy?
If a student cancels registration in a class, tuition fee is refundable ONLY if a cancellation notice is received by Educational Services at least 10 business days prior to the first day of class. A 50 percent tuition fee service charge will apply for cancellation within 10 business days of the class start, and a full tuition fee will be charged if a student does not take part.
When are classes scheduled and when do they start and end each day?
Classes generally start at 9:00 am each day and end by 4:00 pm. Check the specific course confirmation for exact times. An hour break is taken for lunch and there are both morning and afternoon breaks.
Do you offer on-site training?
Yes, we offer on-site customer training programs at or nearby your organisation's facility. These classes can be held at your location or at a nearby hotel or training facility. On-site training allows us to customise the training contents, discussions, and time frames to meet the specific needs of your company. We can modify any of our existing courses or design a tailor-made course with your input to custom-fit your company's training needs.
