Listen to Lars R. Børglum today!

Shipbuilding is a cyclical industry. Volatile raw materials markets and rapidly changing prices of ship components make cost control challenging. With pressure on capacity and fewer new-builds on order, shipyards are having to become more efficient at ship production to reduce costs, win new business and survive.

Coordinating manpower, facilities, time and materials in an intelligent system is the key to reducing ship production costs. Material costs represent 60–70% of total project budgets, so this is where you can achieve most cost savings. This webinar will explore the seven steps to improving ship production described in our recent white paper:
Efficient Material Management.

Review the material management process, and how it affects shipbuilding. Identify the steps you can take to improve your ship production processes today.

Learn why Integrated Enterprise Resource Management is the most effective solution for shipbuilding projects.
